Lightroom cc lagging

Lightroom cc starts fine but after adding one preset or brushing some stuff it starts lagging a lot! To the point that I can’t use it! Am I doing something wrong or is this an issue going on that needs to be solved ASAP ?I am paying for a service that I cannot use!
