Lightroom CC 2015.7: Smart Previews missing for some synced photos
After updating to Lightroom CC 2015.7 / LR 6.7 Smart Previews were missing for some synced photos, even after finishing syncing:
After selecting all photos on All Synced Photographs and choosing Library > Previews > Build Smart Previews from the menu the numbers align again:
Confusing that LR said all synced photos were synced but not all of them had Smart Previews as synced photos has to have Smart Previews built before they can be synced. Right?

For syncing, Lightroom builds smart previews on the fly and then deletes them once they're uploaded, as it assumes you don't want to keep them (otherwise you would have chosen to build them yourself).
If you've chosen to build smart previews, either in the Import dialog or menu command, then it keeps them indefinitely and uses them to upload to LRM.
