Lightroom CC 2015.2.1: Strange behaviour of flagging pictures in Survey View

Hi,
In the previous version of Lightroom, when selecting multiple pictures, I could use the Survey view to look at all the pictures and set flags on each of them by selecting them with mouse or keyboard and then press X or P.
In Lightroom 2015.2.1, instead, if a group of picture is selected and Survey view is activated, setting a flag will apply it to ALL of them, indipendently from the current selected picture.
Please restore the old behaviour, since now it's really cumbersome to first select pictures, then Survey, select the one to flag, go back to Loupe, set flag, then come back to Survey...

And are you using the secondary window, with the primary window set to grid view? That would cause it too.

Rikk, that was it, I left it all enabled by mistake, many thanks for pointing it out!
Thanks to Victoria, too, but the secondary window was not causing it.

Same experience:  Rick Flohr suggestion fixed the problem, secondary window was not the problem.

Adobe:  Note that this same problem still exists two years later in Classic CC 7.2  :-(
