Lightroom: Cannot install due to Error Code P22 (Case Sensitive volume)

Question

This comes up when trying to install both Photoshop Free Trial but also the version you pay for monthly, have already done the first payment and it still doesn't work, what do I do?: Sorry, installation failed; Installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported. Please choose a different volume for installation. (Error Code P22)

Exactly what the Error Code states – you have to reformat your Volume to a non-case-sensitive Format or choose another one to install. For further instructions please tell us something about you system (Operating System, Technical Information).
