Lightroom: Allocate stars 1...5 AND move-one-photo-forward by shift-lock-key, not only shift-key..

Dear Lightroom users and developers,
I would like to make a quite simple proposal for improving Lightroom:

If you hit number 1,2,3,4 or 5, then a chosen photo will get 1,2,3,4 or 5 stars - ok.

If you hold the "shift" key pressed while entering a number, then you automatically browse to the next photo - great.
However: When evaluating dozens of photos, then you have to keep the "shift" key pressed - quite unwieldy!

My proposal:
If you allow "shift lock" AND then press 1,2,3,4 or 5, then you only have to press the numbers yet! Now it becomes easy to evaluate dozens of photos by simply pressing 1,2,3,4 or 5!

Very simple improvement, imho.

Would be interested in feedback...

Kind regards, WernerJL.

This is already implemented, though not via shift lock. Activate "Photo" -> "Auto Advance" and you get the desired behaviour (works for color labes and pick/reject, too).

This already works (using CAPS Lock) and always has (since before 1.0), at least on Windows.

Thanks, never noticed that... because caps lock does not seem to work for the normal number keys (above qwert...), but only for the numeric keypad (with numlock enabled).

P.S. Strange: Shift+Number only works on the normal number keys, but not on the numeric keypad.

It works on either set of numbers for me on an English keyboard.
