Lightroom: All my files are in a mess (accidentally using Lightroom instead of Lightroom Classic)

I can't seem to upgrade my cloud on lightroom and i can't delete files... After the new upgrade, my working files are all mess up. When i export, a lot of files are not exported in high resolution! Pretty unhappy about this mess as i have a deadline and this happen.
I can't seem to resolve this issue of the cloud and my files missing! Best part, i wanted to upgrade my cloud service, ITS NOT AVAILABLE in my Region! Than why made it as a requirement when i can't even access or upgrade!
