Lightroom, ACR: 3FR files corrupted on import

When I import my 3FR files from my Hasselblad H4D-40, some are fine. But every now and then, there'll be a row of images or some alone that have some major issues ranging from a single line of green/red/blue three quarters across the image or the entire image will be blue/red/green streaks. This only happens in and after the import dialogue in Lightroom 3. Photoshop, OS X, etc. are all able to read these files perfectly. What's happening? To clarify, the files themselves are fine after import, but Lightroom just is having issues with them for some reason.

Which specific versions of Lightroom and ACR are you using?

Everything updated to the most recent EXCEPT not 3.5 quite yet (the one that just came out the other day).

Adam, after looking at the files you sent, I can reproduce the problem. However, I only see the issues on the .jpg files you sent - not the .3FR files. Do you see the same?

It looks like the associated jpg files got corrupted somewhere, but the 3FR files are fine. I see the corruption in the jpg files before I ever import them into LR, in the OS photo viewing software.
