Lightroom: Ability to print todays date on our photos
It would be very helpful if we could print todays date on our photos. I see you have many choices to add to the photos but no current date.

Hi Ernie,In the Lightroom print module under the Page panel there is a selection named Identity Plate. If you check the box, it will print a copy of your Identity Plate on your photograph. However you can change that. In the picture of the Identity Plate is a white down pointing arrow, click on it and you will find a choice named "Custom."(see picture Identity Plate)If you click on either Custom or Edit it will bring up the identity plate Editor. Here you can choose from either "Use a styled text identity plate" or "Use a graphical identity plate." (see picture Identity Plate Editor) If you choose the styled text you can type anything you want, including the date. Unfortunately, it won't add today's date unless you have a keystroke program, but it is a way of adding something to your photos when printing. Hope this helps.
