Lightroom 6.7: Not Printing to DNP DS-RX1HS Printer with Apple MacBook Pro Retina running MAC OS X Sierra 10.12.1

I'm running Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6.7 Desktop on an Apple MacBook Pro Retina running MAC OS X Sierra v10.12.1 and attempting to print to a new DNP DS-RX1HS dye-sub printer.  I installed the latest driver from DNP (DNP Driver v5.0.26).  In Printer Settings, my page setup is set to 6" x 4" paper which matches the 6" x 4" DNP media set (paper and ink rolls) that I purchased and properly installed in the printer.  The media paper and ink set is manufactured by the same vendor as the printer (DNP) and is not aftermarket by a third-party vendor.

On this MacBook Pro, I am able to print images and documents to the DNP printer from Preview (default image viewer), Microsoft Word, and Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor v14.1.

However in Lightroom 6.7, I am receiving a Printer Error: "The selected paper size is not compatible with the installed media".

I've tried changing other settings including Print Settings > Paper Handling > "Scale to fit paper size", custom paper sizes (set to 6" x 4", and 4" x 6") but I still receive the same error.

I'm thinking this is an issue with Lightroom 6.7 specifically because it is able to print properly from other software (Preview, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor).  Prior to purchasing the DNP printer, I am able to print in Lightroom 6.7 to a Canon ink-jet photo printer with the same system and software configuration with no issues.

Any suggestions for a fix would be much appreciated.

Hi  I sorted this problem by creating a new user.  I print under the new user profile and it all works.

This issues usually occurs when the printer icon is grayed out or when it is not recognized by the computer also This issue usually occurs when you turned off the printer or it's connected to a bad port, connected with a bad cable, or when it's offline and this connectivity Error 0xe8000015 comes in Apple device I have recently faced an iTunes Error 0xe8000015
