LIGHTROOM 6.4 - Book Module Invisible Scrollbar in Page Layouts

Lightroom 6 jan 2016 update has still not fixed problem in book module where the scrollbar does not highlight when trying to change page layout. Scroll bar although present is actually invisible and has no white highlight. Also why was Dehaze not included in update for LR6.4

This looks like a bug with Windows as I can see the scroll button on Mac. It is however possible to click just below the faint horizontal line and then drag up and down to view all the page templates. Indicated with red arrow on image below.

This UI issue has been around quite a while.

No version of LR 6 will have Dehaze, it's only in CC until LR7 assuming there will be a LR7.
