Lightroom 6.3 can't read iPhone videos

Lightroom 6.3 Video problem.
Since 6.3, I'm unable to view or import or anything with videos made in iPhone 5s (at least). Standard videos 1080 AAC, standard from the iPhone. If I try to import never shows the preview and then I need to cancel the import process. And then if I quit LR then never quits... stays forever until I need to "force quit" the application.
Of course, putting the files in the folder manually and then making "synchronise folder" has the same results.
Apparently, since 6.3 something is wrong.... again.
I'm using the full license LR (not CC) and iMac 5k 2014 with Radeon R9 M290X

FYI, I had the same problem with videos from my Nikon camera, and it seems the error goes away if you sign in to Creative Cloud. Worse, even if you import by this method, if you sign out of CC, you can't play the videos anymore.

Adobe, what's up?

That's really weird too, I don't use CC so never login there. I totally agree.... Adobe... what's up??? I'm happy that the speed problems in iMac 5k of 6.1 are solved in 6.3 but with this "little problem" of not able to work with a simple video I guess I'm coming back to 6.1 AGAIN.
How can be this possible? Please, we are PRO working with a PRO software that works worse than FREE software. We need a final solution to all the problems since version 6!

I can't reproduce this, however I am signed into CC.

I don't understand why can be related to be signed in or not in CC... it's about loading, importing, handling, playing videos and that "should" not have anything to do with being logged to an online service.
This is the screen shot when you try to import a folder that has videos on it.
If I remove the videos from that folder, then I can see all the thumbnails and everything works ok.

No, it shouldn't make a difference, but stranger things have happened! Signing in would be an easy thing to exclude.

You're welcome to send me one of your problem video files using www.wetransfer.com to uploads@lightroomqueen.com and I'll try to reproduce it with your file. Mine are iPhone6 ones, so it's possible there's a difference, even though my iMac is almost identical spec.
