Lightroom 6.13: Will not update to 6.14

"Updates" tells me LR is up to date. But it is still 6.13. Tried opening Adobe Application Manager, which updated itself including CC app (I didn't know it was going to do that!). Retried update in LR but still stuck on 6.13. Windows 7. Have successfully updated to 6.14 on my PC laptop.

Thank you Jeffrey. I downloaded 6.14 per your suggestion but "Update Failed" due to damaged AAM - which I had just updated (as stated above)! Should I try downloading yet another AAM?

Try uninstalling Lightroom 6 completely, then install the base application from the same page https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-downloads.html then install the 6.14 update. Hopefully that will right the ship.

Tried restarting the computer and was unable to update by patch download. Am anxious about deleting and reinstalling the program because of the horrendous difficulties others have had with being forced into Classic CC etc. Nevertheless will try to do so. Please stand by Jeffrey!

Have uninstalled LR and reinstalled. I am now back at 6.0 and attempting to install the 6.14 update patch produces the same "damaged AAM" failure. Trying to update through the Updater in LR opens an update window which does not offer the option of updating LR 6, only Classic CC. LR 6.0 does not recognize the files from my camera! Please help.
