Lightroom 6: Lightroom hangs when opening on Windows 10

Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. We need some more info. Can you describe the behavior in detail?

The program works and then stops?
The program doesn't function at all?
The Application crashes and disappears? 

Please provide OS and a list of what 'graphic card fixes' you've tried so far.
