Lightroom 5 Book module suggestions

Starting to love the Book module in Lightroom 5, just need some improvements to begin making it awesome.

I designed a book in no time yesterday but ran into some issues.

1) I typically design in Photoshop in spreads and upload as spreads because my album company prints seamless books that they print in full spreads. Would be nice to have an option to save as spreads.

2) Would be nice to have more saving options like TIFF or PSD? Sometimes images are not fully edited when building books so having images that can be edited in Photoshop without losing quality would be a bonus. Maybe an export to photoshop option for editing the spread?

3) My Clients make edits to my design and then I go in and do the actual changing. If would be nice to be able to move images easily around the spreads and design new spreads with ease.

4) I think integration between Photoshop and lightroom within the book module would be wonderful. Or just make more of the Photoshop option available within lightroom.

Hello.. How were you able to revisit an existing book (in LR5) and add a photo from a collection that was not already in the book?...

When I load up the book and display it in Book module, and then click on a collection, my book disappears and is replaced by a new book proposition autofilled with all the images from that collection.
There seems to be no way to add a picture from a collection without LR5 switching away from the current book ??

I had the same issue and i started to freak out ... just a little but I found mind saved book, here is how I did. Go to the book module and then scroll all the way down under the collections panel and my book were listed at the very bottom. Hope that helps. Andy
