Grainy Lightroom Classic exports

I just got my canon 5d mark iii back in April for my birthday and I've been dying to use it and finally be able to put out some full frame, high-quality goodness. I shoot in RAW, and when in Lightroom editing, the images look great! But every time I export from Lightroom and look at the images on my phone, they're seriously grainy. I'll attach my export settings plus the images zoomed when in Lightroom and from my phone. (Sorry if the image is blurry I had to do some resizing)

How are the photos getting to your phone?

And if you import the exported photo into Lightroom for comparison, do they look the same in Lightroom?

I use google drive! And it's never been a problem when I was using my canon 600d, even with the export settings the images always came out great! So I don't know whats going wrong for these? I will try importing the exported images back into lightroom and get back to you!

That suggests the photos are getting shrunk between the time of export and the time they get to your mobile. Google Drive would be the main suspect in that case!  Have you tried syncing with LR mobile instead?

I don't know if I can because my adobe creative suite is work based so I don't have access to the account details/login! Is there any other online storage that won't do this?

We just need another way of transferring them temporarily as a test to confirm the problem is Google Drive, and then you can figure out what setting you need there. A free Dropbox account would work for testing.

Yeahh I just don't know what is going wrong at this point seeing it's always worked for my canon 600d?
