Feature Request to Toggle Shortcut keys on and off

Would like the ability to toggle shortcut keys on or off.  When entering text in text boxes like title or captions in the library module the ability to turn off shortcut keys would save a lot of frustration when changing to another image to enter text and to forget to click in the text box first.  If you start typing outside the text box accidentally, every letter typed is a possible shortcut that, at the very least is hard to unravel, if not disastrous. Then being able to toggle shortcut keys back on when finished with titles, captions or other text box additions
