Extremly slow adjustment brushes

With the last version (it was not better with the last previous ones), Development is very slow.
In particular, using the adjustment brushes is a nightmare.

When moving the cursor without clicking, the brush will follow my cursor flickering with about half a second of delay.
When actually using the brush, the image takes seconds to be updated.

For testing purpose, doing 20 brush clicks on a picture will result et LR CC updating the image stroke by stroke and building up the final image in about 10-20 seconds !!

I am pro photograph and this is a nightmare.

I have a MacBook Pro i5 from last year.

I have the exact same issue. I'm using a Dell XPS 15, 16GB RAM with a Nvidia 960M graphics card. I have an SSD in place too although I forget the model.

The draw speed is ridiculous. I can make a change sit back and watch the mask (or adjustment if the mask is disabled) draw across the screen.

From hunting around I've tried various things:

Turning off all sharpening
Turn off Lens corrections and Chromatic aberration
re-generating smart previews and 1:1s
I've also allocated more space to the cache.

The speed is ridiiculous.

I've begun using Photoshop (which isn't affected) instead but for the shoot that I am processing it's complete overkill and slows the workflow down.
