Duplicate mobile devices listed in Lightroom CC

I had multiple iPhones (all the same name) listed in Lightroom CC (mac).

Following some of the suggestions from the Adobe forums, I've deleted the Mobile Downloads.lrdata and the Sync Data folders. I've deleted and reinstalled the iPhone app. Now all the phones are listed as "Other Lightroom Mobile Device".

How do I reset and remove the duplicates?

For anyone with the "Other Lightroom mobile Device" problem it appears to happen when "Mobile Downloads.lrdata" is deleted.

Lightroom will not or cannot fix the "Other Lightroom mobile Device" issue when backing up or checking integrity.

If Lightroom creates duplicate devices then 1) move files from "Imported Files" folder to another folder and then 2) right click on the "Imported Files" folder under the mobile device and choose Remove.... The device should then remove itself from the list.

It took an almost 1.5 hour chat with Adobe to figure this out. They didn't have a solution other than to create a new catalog. Luckily I was able to restore a recent enough catalog and "Mobile Downloads.lrdata" file.

So don't delete "Mobile Downloads.lrdata".

Still unable to resolve this problem. As can be seen from the attached screenshot I appear to still have "Mobile Downloads.lrdata" folder.

Any suggestions please?
