Does anyone use a Radeon Pro WX3100 with Lightroom and not crash constantly?

Lightroom will constantly crash if I have the use graphics acceleration checked. It works without it checked, but runs slow since I have a 4k monitor.
I have the latest driver from AMD for the WX3100, and all the latest Win7 64bit updates, and latest Lightroom Classic.

I don't know if its purely a driver issue, or issue with Lightroom...or a combo of both.

Is anyone using the WX3100 successfully with Lightroom Classic?  or even any of the Radeon Pro vid cards?

nykwan,

Can you try the process mentioned in https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/crash-gpu-directx-enabled.html and let us know if this helps?

Thanks
Satish

OMG...  I did step #2, switching it from DirectX to OpenGL and it appears to have fixed the issue. It's no longer crashing with Graphics Accelerator checked.

So does that mean it's an issue with DirectX and my driver?

Update... So there's is still an issue. I had new pics last night which I imported. And it's back to a problem where I can't see a preview of a pic in Develop mode unless I uncheck Use Graphic acceleration thing in Preferences. So as of now, either way, using DirectX or Open GL, I can't use the graphics card with Lightroom.
