Not a problem

Brush tool not working

I upgraded finally to LR CC desktop(classic) and since have not been able to use the Brush Tool adjustment. I can select the tool, then proceed to brush (for example selective exposure) but nothing happens at all. I see the "dot" showing the brush but absolutely nothing occurs when brushing. I've done evert trouble shoot I can think of - this is in Mac OS High Sierra.

I'm also having issues with the crop tool but more concerned with selective brush adjustments.

This is strange. Could you please share a screen recording so that it will be easy for us to understand what is exactly happening?

Along with posting/fixing the video, you may also want to unplug your Wacom tablet and see if the behavior is the same with a regular mouse.

sorry I had it set to private

I tried with a mouse  and still not working. I've toggled graphics card support on/off and I've selected every mask mode on  off etc. no luck

I'm inclined uninstall and reinstall and ditch every associated file in the system?

The Density slider on your Adjustment Brush Slider is set to zero. Right now, you are applying 0% of the effect. You need to set density to a higher value.   Most users set to 100 and adjust downward as necessary.

Looks like you have the Density slider set to 0.  Adjust that slider and you're probably good to go!

I set it to 100%  still no go. When I installed LRCC classic, I didn't;t even make any changes to preferences either so everything was left to defaults.

I have turned off/on auto mask, range mask in every mode - no such issue in my older version which I have since deleted so I would have to reinstall to use that too.

Mac OS up to date, Photoshop CC and Bridge function normal.

Thanks for the input everyone...I fixed the issue by simply looking into the WACOM preferences.
I assumed that settings would carry over from previous LR - The click on the pen was set to a different function instead of simple "click".
