black highlight in black and white picture

When I changed a picture to black and white, there is a black line where mom's pink shirt and white shirt meets. Any way to fix this?

Having a guess at the answer-
Is it possible that the original color image is showing some color fringing from lens chromatic aberrations?  If so maybe the B&W conversion has emphasized the color fringe and is more obvious on the mom's shirt.
Notice also that the boy (on left) in the striped shirt is also showing a 'line' above his shoulders when viewed magnified.

Experiment with the HSL or local adjustment tool to change the color (see http://laurashoe.com/2008/12/07/when-hsl-rules-over-the-adjustment-brush/). Or use the spot removal tool to remove the edge.

please use this tool for black and white Alt+Shift+Ctrl+B or go to Adjustment and choose Black and White.
