Adobe Classic CC keeps crashing on import and sometimes crashes my computer, help!
So I've seen all these post about everyone's Lightroom app crashing, same situations and all these troubleshooting methods aren't leading to any better results and it's gotten out of hand.
I've been trying to import images for some weeks now since I got back from my trip, and every single time I begin an import, Lightroom prepares import and stops from there, I try to click around and it becomes unresponsive and crashes. The worst part is that recently I believe all this crashing is hurting my computer because the last two days, once Lightroom crashes, my entire PC is unresponsive and I then have to forcefully shut down my PC. This is absurd, I've tried turning off my GPU, I've done the config.lau trick, I've even tried using LR ver. 5 but because I've made some catalogs with the new LR I can't even open them! Please let me know if there will be an update soon.
