Add more cloud sync control options to Lightroom Classic.

Please add more cloud sync control options to Lightroom Classic.  There should be an option allowing the user to delete synced photos from a Lightroom Classic Catalog WITHOUT deleting them across all synced devices and Lightroom CC.
