Why would you want to cancel? Just disable all notifications so you will never receive anything from this forum again (but you can still post these kinds of complaints).

That doesn't seem to help. Since September 17th I get about 10 emails a day and I've twice unchecked all the checkboxes and the emails still keep coming. There seems to be an underlying problem that the checkboxes fail to fix, at least for me.

I have the same problem. There is no place to change the notifications.

@JohanElzenga I have done that but I keep getting emails. I am not following anything so far as I can tell. Any other suggestions?

Changing notifications doesn't work.

Besides, I would like to get notifications on my posts and others I follow.

Please advise how to stop Adobe Photoshop Family emails that are flooding my inbox each and every day.

I never signed up for this and don't know why I'm getting them.

I have attempted to find a way to UNSUBSCRIBE but Adobe does not offer  any information.

Help!!!

I get a lot of mails from "Photoshop Family" (several each day) which I don't wish.
How can I stop it?

I want to go to the account to unsubscribe my mail and I don't have my password.  I check "forget password" the system didn't send me a notification.  Can someone fix the mailing problem?

Me too.

I called support and they did something they assured me would fix it, but it didn't.

Is there any way to get someone at Adobe to listen?

It looks like you were able to edit your notifications.

Yes, and it didn't help.

As of right now I have received 21 of these emails today alone.

I spoke with Adobe support a few days ago and they did something, I don't now what, and assured me that would fix it.

Of course it didn't.

Does Adobe have a clue what's going on?

Well, you're still subscribed to some posts so I wouldn't suspect all emails to stop. Can you forward an example of an email you've received that you think is not one that you're subscribed to LrAndroid-Feedback at adobe.com, please?

OK.  I did that, but got a message saying the mailbox is unmonitored.

OK. You follow both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic topics.

Photoshop: https://feedback.photoshop.com/topics/photoshop/5f5f2092785c1f1e6cc4086b

Lightroom Classic: https://feedback.photoshop.com/topics/lightroom-classic/5f5f2093785c1f1e6cc40872

and you also subscribe to "New posts posted on topics you follow":

So you should either unfollow the application (the Unfollow button in the first screenshot) or uncheck "New posts posted on topics you follow" (from the second screenshoot).

The email you forwarded was a new post from today for Photoshop.

Ok. I've "unfollowed" on both apps.

But if you're claiming I signed up to follow every Photoshop and Lightroom CC topic, you are simply mistaken, and I really dislike the fact that Adobe, through you, seems to disclaim any responsibility.

This only started on Sep. 17, 11 days ago. Before that the only time I got an email was when I requested one on a post of mine, or specifically chose to follow a topic.

I didn't wake up on the 17th and decide to follow every post, or lots of them, on Photoshop and Lightroom CC, and it's wrong of you to claim it's not an Adobe error.

But it wasn't on a topic I follow.

I see you've successfully toggled off all your email notifications for the user you've posted with here. If you're still getting emails, it's likely you have another user account under a different email address. Check the email notification to figure out which account/email it's coming from.

A simple "stop all mail" button would certainly do well.

Starting about three weeks ago or so, I’ve been getting constant emails every day, even though I haven’t been involved in this forum for more than the past year. I have all notification settings disabled.

I’m getting OTHER PEOPLE’s notifications.. All emails start with things like...

 Hello nik_walczak,

michael_karchner A topic you're following on the Adobe Photoshop Family Community has a new post.”

and..

Hello nik_walczak,
GayleO A topic you're following on the Adobe Photoshop Family Community has a new post.”

You have an account using a second email account ending in @gmail.com that you've used to post on the site previously.

I've disabled notifications from that account as well.

It is with some sadness that I've decided to cease my subscription, but not without good reasons.

Since moving more to using an iPad Pro, I've just found that there are too many missing features, and issues with the Lightroom cloud based system. Features missing are things like the badly implemented batch processing, printing support, no virtual copies, no red-eye, to name a few. And yet again it fails to sync properly, with 849 images continuously syncing in a loop, and the AppleTV app never worked at all.

I've found a different way to organise my photos, and a workflow that fits in better with my preferences and needs, after testing and using for a few months, it became time to complete the switchover. Of course I'll keep looking in to see if anything changes, I still have my libraries saved on a HDD.

And then these myriad of emails I keep getting, I never selected them, they just suddenly started arriving  a couple of months ago. My account is set up with all the tick boxes unticked, yet they keep coming. Any idea how to turn them off?

Best regards

Andy
