photoshop family “follow” button sends me on a goose chase loop

i have become perplexed about this forum as i log in with my adobe id. but i cannot follow or hit the follow button without defaulting to a log in window, then says close window after i log in. but u follow and the sane thung happens again. so basically it is a bug. i am sent looping over the moon. i just want this to work. so i can follow the app to my email. also i cannot delete this message niw i have figured it out.

I've been running into this using Safari on iOS both on my iPad and my iPhone.  I haven't run into it using Safari or Google Chrome under macOS.

Me too: only on iPad and not on Windows machine. It has been the case for me for a few weeks. There was an iOS update pushed out for phone and iPad about that time... using Chrome on iPad...

I've occasionally had this on Safari. The trick has been to delete all cookies (or just the ones for photoshop.com, adobe.com and getsatisfaction.com) then log in at www.adobe.com and then try here.

I had the same issues aswell. On top of this I had 2 accounts with same email registration as I used my Apple ID on the first place to register and log in. Then It didn't work for login and I had to create a new account with same data. I ended up with 2 accounts and not being able to reach the first one. and problems login in to the second one saying you are logged in and close the window to continue to find out you have to login again in an infinite loop.
This made me so mad I stopped following the forum for a couple of month, and angry at Adobe not able to run a forum without problems. I believe it is some other company doing it.
Now things look like they work, but I don't know which of the two accounts I am on, and I lost the patience to see if I have history on all my posts and what I follow and like. This has been very unprofessional from Adobe or whoever is managing the forum for them.

I have already reported some time ago.
 https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/login-fails-on-safari-multi-platform

It’s a known bug regarding inter site tracking. Get satisfaction should be working on it but seems as important as other topics on here...
