Login problem using Photoshop Family account

Hi, 
When I click to login using my Photoshop Family acount, the login panel shows up empty with no login fields neither password.
I tried on both mac and PC with different browsers.





This is the empty login page.

So I used my google acount to post this help request.

Can this be solved, please?

Howdy Pedro,

I believe this is a problem with the GetSatisfaction server and should be resolved now.  Could you try it again and let us know?

Hi.
I just did.
When I click "Photoshop Family" button I get the empty result above.

It is still hapening.

I confirm it happens for me as well. Each time I want to log in and post something I have to do it by clicking 'Get Satisfaction'. Photoshop Familly button (different browsers) gives above image error.

Yes it works, but there's something strange. Normally I logged with 'Get Satisfaction' as I could not with 'Photoshop Family'. Now I chose PF and it said: 'You have successfully signed in. You may now close this window.'. I did not use my login and password, it logged me automatically. Then I logged off and clicked sign In. I noticed it asks me of verification 'Get Satisfaction' code that was just sent to my E-mail box. Indeed I got one and used to log in. Every next time logging in with SL is like that used to be, while each time when I many times tried with PF it's logging me right after I click 'Sign In' without entereing any info :/ That's bad - I want to be asked of my E-mail and Password first...

Okey I found it out. I logged out from adobe.com and came back to photoshop.com. I had to enter my details to sign in - are these two sites connected? I do not want beeing logged in to adobe.com been logged at same time to photoshop.com untill I decide it myself. And what is completely wired when I log out from photoshop.com I am still logged in at adobe.com. But when first I log out from adobe.com then I'm also logged out from photoshop.com. That shouldn't work like it, but it seems adobe.com is parent of photoshop.com - so logging at adobe.com affects logging on all subpages.
