How do I unsubscribe

I have no recollection of ever subscribing. Since Thursday morning I seem to have received every post. I can see no way of unsubscribing - please help,

Click on your user picture in the upper right-hand corner, select 'Profile Settings,' and then select 'Email & Notifications.' Uncheck all of the notifications you no longer want to receive, and then click on 'Save Preferences.' Done!

I have tried a handful of time to click on the "Deactivate " Icon but all it says in "Failed to deactivate account. Try again."

 

Can someone help me turn this Photoshop Family account off???

I unsubscribed from this list years ago. Someone has added me back. I wish to definitively unsubscribe, but this appear to be impossible.

@dstsgx65432 You had another gmail account with the word "audio" in it. I've disabled notifications from that account for you.

I reviewed your user name and found two accounts registered under your name under different email addresses. One had notifications set to off - and the other had them set to on. They are both now set to off. 
The other email account was very similar.

I am also having this problem, from an old  account that forwards to my Yahoo account and now I  can't deactivate it.  All normal companies have an "unsubscribe" link in emails but Adobe seems very happy without it.  It should take you directly to your account without having to sign in and remember settings from years ago.  Very appreciated if Adobe would please deal with this properly a.s.a.p.

reuven_ansh - I have found three accounts for you under your name. I have removed the email subscriptions on two of these accounts and left this one intact.  Please review your account and make sure it is set as you like it.

The update of the forums also changed your notification settings, probably to default. Click on your icon top right and change them to what you do want.

i do have the same issue, even uncheck the notification settings  save them severall times already did not help at all. still getting a lot of unwanted emails.

Hi Pascal, can you please forward one of the emails that you're still getting after unchecking to LrAndroid-Feedback at adobe.com? It's likely going to a different email address/account than you've used to sign in and reply here.

yes you are right, those emails getting sent to a other email adress. 
i got an email in regards of this account that it will be closed shortly, so i assume i will get no longer any notification emails once the other account gets closed.
