Revel: Web client for Adobe Revell?

We're looking for your thoughts on a potential Adobe Carousel web client.

Is a web client important to you or not?

If so, what would you like to see in a Carousel Web Client?
What would you not like to see?

Any and all feedback is most appreciated.

Thanks,
Peter

How would this work Peter?

Would this be a completely web based version of Adobe Carousel that would run all inside of a browser window?

I think it will be great to be able to share a carousel (or a collection/smart collection if that will be added later) as a web-page for others to view. Currently I use PicasaWeb for this, but the layout of the album is not great, so a function to view the photos as a nice web-album with possibilities to customize the look would be great.

It should be possible to comment on photos, and the comments should of course be sent back to my carousel, so I can view them on iPad/Mac. Just like comments on publish-services work for Lightroom

Personally I do not see any need for photo adjustments. I don't really need to be able to organize my carousel or do other things that I will be doing more efficiently on my iPad/Mac anyway.

Thanks for asking! :)

@Dave -- It would be web based access to Carousel, but beyond that, I am most interested in what users would like it to do.

@kurka666 -- thanks for the feedback!

Any other thoughts here?

For sharing, if there were more built-in Carousel sharing features would that be sufficient, or is web browsing essential?

Good to know you are considering a web version. The basic benefit would surely be support for all platforms where no native client is available (in my case: PPC Mac running 10.5).

Besides that, I would appreciate photo sharing with the beauty and simplicity of Carousel's interface. What I you could make one or more carousels public to showcase all the photos not meant to be private?
