Revel: How does it handle metadata and photo tagging?

How will Carousel work with metadata and photo tagging?

That is really helpful to know. I teach scrapbookers how to organizer their photos at http://findingphotoflow.com - several of my students want to tag and organize their photos while using their iPad. I'd LOVE to see the ability to import a keyword list from Lightroom, Bridge, etc. and the ability to keyword your images on the iPad. That would take individual digital asset management to an entirely new level. Making it so much easier and accessible for everyone to do.

Another "wish list" feature is face recognition that you could import back into Lightroom...

Metadata is as, if not more important to the future viability of our images than editing. imho of course. :)

Jonathon,

Currently Adobe Revel does not reference tags or metadata. The data that is in your images is still there but Revel does not use it. You should still be able to use the tags in Photoshop Elements 11.

While Revel offers some of the top features from Photoshop.com, it doesn't offer everything. We know that can be frustrating. We are working very hard to deliver more capabilities and expand onto new platforms, devices, and file formats. But we need your help. Please give us your thoughts Adoberevel.com/support on how to make Revel a better product.
Thanks
Scott
