Revel App on Windows 8 doesn't download picture

From the Windows 8.1 Revel app on my Surface Pro 3, I click download button and it let's me choose quality and folder location, when I click ok, says "downloading" and then "downloading complete" but the picture is not in the folder I specified? In fact, I can't find it on the local drive at all??? I tried changing to different folders but this hasn't worked either?

Hi Sam,

My first question - and I have to ask - have you checked to ensure you have enough space on your mobile device to accept the downloads?

Thanks!

Yes, there is plenty of space available.

Hi Sam,

I tried to reproduce the issue, but it works fine on my system. The download seems to be normal and also the picture can be seen in the specified location.

However, when there is a network connectivity issue, the download would not happen. I encountered a scenario when the network was down(you can also see 'Connection Error' message at the same time), and I tried to download a photo. It said, 'Download Complete', but the picture was not downloaded.
This would have happened in your case as well. Could you please try to reproduce and let me know if you are still facing this issue.
In addition, if you could let me know the workflow that you are following to download the picture, I can probably help you out more.

Device on which I tested on : Surface pro 2
OS edition : Windows 8.1

Thanks,
Arjun
