Photoshop.com: Can I draw/create pictures on my Photoshop.com account?

No 'new' file functionality on ps.com; everything starts with a photo you first upload.

The editing tools on Photoshop.com more closely resemble those of Lightroom than of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. You can preview the editing tools by going to http://www.photoshop.com/tools and clicking "Start the Editor".
