Photoshop Creative Cloud doesn't calibrate the colors properly. When I upload from Lightroom 5 into Photoshop CC - the colors are dimmed dramatically. When I upload into Photoshop CS6 the colors are back to normal. This throws off my photo editing dramatically.
I'm having the same problem. I just switched from a Mac, with CS6, to Windows with CC. Illustrator and Photoshop colors are very dull. The Windows picture viewer shows them bright and vibrant, but within the two programs they are very dull.
I noticed the CC doesn't have "emulate Photoshop 4" in the color profiles like CS6 does, so there is some difference
Check your display profile -- most likely it does not match your actual display.
And you really shouldn't be using "emulate Photoshop 4" (that was only useful to people upgrading to Photoshop 5 in 1998).
I have tried every combination I can think of to no avail. Illustrator gets close, but Photoshop is way off. This is a picture of my desktop with all 3 programs open at the same time. Any thoughts? The Windows picture viewer is perfect, but the Photoshop is horrid!

You need to check your color settings in both versions.
And double check your document to make sure you haven't changed any of the adjustment layers.
