Photoshop CC 2018 on Surface Pro. Touch pan/pinch etc, no longer work. Any information on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated!

Recently installed Photoshop CC 2018 on my Surface Pro. My touch panning and pinching etc, no longer work. Can anyone advise on how to fix this?
