Photoshop CC 2018 - Brush works with waaay to strong pressure

Low flow, strong effect. I'm using 3% flow and tablet with transfer set to pressure. Also opacity layer. I was using this setting  before with no problem. It should be really gentle and it is now hard as f***.
I simply cant retouch any photo with this. Installing older version doesnt solve the problem (why?).
