Most up to date Photoshop CC is slow and unresponsive on my system

Photoshop CC has been slow and unresponsive since the latest update.(Creative Cloud Manager says it's fully up to date) The issue couldn't be the workstation since all other graphics programs are working fine. I haven't had time to troubleshoot further since I'm on a tight deadline so I just switched back to CS6 to get the job done. Perhaps someone is aware of the issue and can tell me what to do.

Millions of other people are not seeing a slowdown, so the issue is most likely something specific to your system.

Do you have any third party plugins? Have you tried disabling them?

Have you tried resetting Photoshop's preferences?

Have you updated your video card driver from the GPU maker's website?

And have you double checked the Photoshop version (you should be on 14.2.1)?

i have that same problem as Charles Boston - i have restored my system, downloaded new bridge, new drivers...nothing helps. other programs works good with that same catalogues and photos.

All the same her, LR 5 worked pefectly PS works perfectly but the new LR CC is unresponsive on Windows 7, core i7, 8GB ram
