LR CC 2015.10.1 Smart Collections: "This week" for Monday–Sunday (instead of Sunday–Saturday)

EDIT 28.6.2017: On LR CC 2015.10.1 this Smart Collection still seems to be designed for users whose week goes from Sunday–Saturday as there's no option for Monday–Sunday.

It seems like Smart Collections use Sunday–Saturday range for a week. In Finland our week is Monday–Sunday so the Smart Collection is broken when I use it with "Capture Date is in this week".

Anybody else sees this or is it just my system? I'm on OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan and Lightroom CC 2015.7.
