LightRoom v6 - DPI export issue limits to 217 ppi
In the Export dialogue: Resizing area... DPI selection is being restricted for a couple of output options:
In the Image Sizing area...
1: untick the Resize to Fit check box (output at image size) and I can enter 300dpi.. no problems..
2: tick the Resize to fit, Longest or Shortest edges.. and only up to 217 allowed...
3: tick Resize to Fit, Width & Height... and can set 300 dpi..

Lightroom 6/CC Library Export is imposing a 217 ppi limit on resolution.
Neither Limit File Size or Don't Enlarge are checked.
I'm getting this error message:
Invalid constraint size. Must be a number between 1 and 217. Closest value inserted.
I'm trying to export an image with the long side set to 18 inches at 300 ppi.
This works in LR 5

Windows 7 and Lightroom 6 CC. When exporting image it will not allow a resolution of greater than 217 to be input. This is not the case in Lightroom 5.7. I suspect this is a bug, as I cannot believe you cannot export to the resolution of inkjet printers.
