Lightroom CC version 1.4 cc no selective coloring?

In old lightroom cc, under brush tool, there was color option to change the color of a selected brushed area.

In new version 1.4, I don't see any color tab under brush tool. How can I change color of a selected area/object? e.g. make whole image b/w and change color of one object to red.
