LIGHTROOM 6.3 - freezing my system when launched on MacOS 10.11
Almost every time I've opened LR since updating to 6.2 (and now 6.3), the computer freezes. It's not just LR that freezes, but the entire computer. I cannot do anything except wait, and I know exactly how long I've been waiting because the clock freezes. Ten minutes of that godda*n spinning wheel while trying to show my wife a single photo. I thought the point of moving to a subscription model was to have software updates released when they're ready, not to an artificial schedule?

Do you have any external drives or network volumes mounted that could be timing out?
Do you have a hard disk acting slow?
Have you updated your OS and drivers?

Which version of PS/ACR that you are using? Are you also running ACR 9.3 alongside Lr 6.3?

I'm running ACR 9.3 with LR 6.3.
Are there issues with GPU (again) since the release of OS X 10.11? I've never known a "feature" be of such detriment to the end user.
