How to install 32 bit version of PS

Hey

I have some old plugins that only works on 32 bit of PS. The Creative Cloud app dont have 32 bit version listed. How can I install any PS 2013-14-15 in 32 bit mode?

Because the download is not an executable you may need an additional utility to decompress it:
