How do I delete my Adobe ID?
Last year I returned the combo of PH PR and PH EL and was refunded for the product but not the subscription. I just purchased the version 9 and everything was working fine, the first time. Then My subscription from last year ranout and now my account is suspended and crweshing my system. How can this be so hard for your people to fix? I have spokien with 4 people and no one can understand so now i am over this after a wekk of this I just removed the software and i do not care if i get a refund from dell or not. Now all I want to do is to cancle my adobe ID to be rid of you thieves

are both my accounts. The reason that I ended up with two accounts is because of the all of the problems with your product. I could not get the product to work until I started over. I have a long history of your bad technical support and the lack of anyone who has any common sense. My experience started with premier 3.0 PH 5
and I currently have your v9.3 of Premier and PH. I was going to buy the flash pro but since my account is a mess I asked for help. With all your awards how difficult is it to just get someone to help me? I am forced to use both you and dell because I can not afford to get a new system and software. I never wanted two ID' s I just wanted your product to work as spec'ed, I know that is impossible. I live with 500 to 1000 system crashes for every minute of edited video. This is a product that dell and you marketed together. I just has to delete the system crash log because I was running out of hard disk. My system has a logged 100GB of system crash. Windows tell me that your product is compatible. Just because I* had problems does not mean that you should have no record of my account. If you want me to list all the SN of the products I own I will but I have already done that and it got me no help. I look forward to the day that adobe fails and goes out of business.
