How do I delete my Adobe ID?

Last year I returned the combo of PH PR and PH EL and was refunded for the product but not the subscription. I just purchased the version 9 and everything was working fine, the first time. Then My subscription from last year ranout and now my account is suspended and crweshing my system. How can this be so hard for your people to fix? I have spokien with 4 people and no one can understand so now i am over this after a wekk of this I just removed the software and i do not care if i get a refund from dell or not. Now all I want to do is to cancle my adobe ID to be rid of you thieves

I removed everything but the Hotmail account because you still have Photoshop Elements registered on that account. We can move it to a different account if you have one.

Hello, This is Ben Jumper from above again. I keep getting email notifications from every single post and comment and it is filling up my inbox. I tried the unsubscribe link but I have to sign in to my account that no longer exists to turn off the notifications in settings. Please stop these emails and make the link to unsubscribe actually unsubscribe like most websites do. Please get this issue resolved. I didn't include my email like you said before. Thanks.

Could you delete this Adobe ID as well? I accidentally created this account with an "unauthorized" email address - now I would like to change the "authorized" account's email address to this one but I can't because it says the email address is already taken. I'm assuming it's saying the email address is taken because this "unauthorized" Adobe ID account exists.

Actually don't delete it yet because I'm afraid I'll lose access to the product if it's somehow associated with this account - but could I please get some advice about how to proceed with this issue? OK. I see that you have a canceled subscription, which seems to have been processed. You still have access to the software until the end of the billing period which is in two days. Deleting the account will remove the access for these last two days. Before proceeding, I'd like to verify your refund has completed in case there are any issues.

Jaymie, your account has been deleted, you were not going to be charged anymore since your subscription had already been cancelled. But when a subscription is cancelled you still have access until the end of the month (until your next bill date). But deleting your account would remove even this. Which is why I was asking for confirmation. But since your subscription is fully expired, your account is now fully deleted.
