How come Elements 9 has 2 nice (undo, redo) buttons at the top and CS5 don't?

How come Elements 9 has 2 nice (undo, redo) buttons at the top and CS5 don't? I think they come in very handy than pushing certain keyboard buttons. But to some people I guess that's to easy. They rather things be harder. Good feature like that should be in the expensive CS5 and CS6.

Elements has many features aimed at casual users (like button bars), while Photoshop's UI is designed for professional users (who typically use keyboard shortcuts, or menus).

But regular casual users like buttons on CS5 too.
