Elements share to Flickr not working

When will the Photoshop Elements share to Flickr work again?
The link between Photoshop Elements and Flickr has been broken for some time now. I can upload photos to Flickr using Lightroom so why can't you get Photoshop Elements working?
I constantly get the message "This service is currently experiencing trouble and is being worked on".
Can you assure me that you are still working on this or have you abandoned us?
I have tried resetting the account details but I don't then get any request for my Flickr account details.

What version of Elements are you using?
What OS version are you using?
When did it stop working for you?

Same result in version 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13
Windows 7
Don't know as I normally use Lightroom and was only trying it because I see others were having problems.

Are you saying that it works for you?

I use Windows 8.1 and Elements 13 and have the same exact issue since I've purchased in December. Please fix. I purchased Elements 13 exclusively for Flickr sharing and organization. It must be a known issue if I get this error, "This service is currently experiencing trouble and is being worked on"

This is the error code I get also. I use Windows 8.1 64 bit and Elements 13.

Same issue for me Elements 13, windows 8.1 64 bit.

I'd downloaded elements 13 as a trial last weekend, and this isn't helping persuade me to buy. Flickr is my main sharing use case.

It was not working in Elements 9 so I purchased 13 and it still is not working.
Does anyone in charge ever look at what we're all complaining about?
This has been going on for some time, we should expect Adobe to rectify and provide satisfaction to their customers. I'm in retailing and if I treated my customers like we're being treated I would be out of business and on the bread line.

Hi All,

I have just tried it and it now is working for me.

Thanks to Adobe for fixing it.

I am using Elements 10. A few months ago it was working - after dealing with this same issue. I have not uploaded for about a month, and now I am receiving the same error message. It's very frustrating!
Help..............

Is there any way to get some on line support - chat or email or phone?

The error message I get is that a firewall is blocking Flickr or that my internet connection is now working. Wrong on both accounts. No firewall is blocking and internet connection is strong.
