ELEMENTS install problems, Chat not working?
I've been trying to use photoshop elements since I bought a "newer" MacBook Pro. I have the original DVD and reinstalled but it tells me that I have an error 150:30. It also tells me to go to adobe.com/support which is no longer a valid URL.
I've tried going to their site, I can get logged in but when I try to go to manage my account, the password that I use to login doesn't work there. The email they have for me is one I can no longer access.
I have the serial number , and seldom use Adobe products due to this kind of time wasting support. Anyone have suggestions for an alternative program to Elements?

Both URLs are valid and working just fine.
And I just started a support chat (from an outside computer) without any problems.
You'll have to change the email address associated with your Adobe ID, so you can receive important notices and ID verification emails. There are already topics on this forum about how to go about that.
