ELEMENTS 12 - Unusable - Quick, Guide, Expert tabs at top shift to the right

I use Macbook Pro with Yosemite OX, retina screen, and I use PSE 12 app, but the screen in PSE distorts, the tabs for Quick, Guide, Expert end up to the right side of the screen, rendering my PSE program useless. I made a screen shot of the page for anyone interested at Adobe to observe this problem. It takes me 3 1/2 hours to reload the app, have done this four times, and set preferences each time. Arrg! Please, please. Brushes, everything else seems to work before this happens.
