Does using light room changes the resolution on the photos

Question

I put photos on a site called View Bug and after I enhance them with the lightroom I get a message from View Bug saying add photo with higher resolution.  Does using light room change the resolution of the photos?

You use Lightroom's export feature to get finished photos out. Any export option should give you a setting for resolution. So, yes, an export can change the resolution- to whatever setting you choose.
