computer died . I tried to install on my new computer & wants serial # which I don't have. How do I get it.
My old computer died and all info for my elements 14 was on that. I downloaded it so do not have a disc. I tried to install on my new computer and they gave me a link which i did and downloaded the files. But its asking me for a serial number which I don't have and have no way of retrieving it. I paid for this product and would like to use it.

When you log in, click on the 'manage account' button under your user name.
On the horizontal menu on top, click on 'plans'
In the 'plans' dialog, click on 'My Products'
The list of registered softwares will appear with the license keys.
Edit:
You are allowed two activations, but you'll lose one of those because of the dead computer. You can contact Customer Care to deactivate the dead computer and restore the second application for use on another computer.
