Hi sheila,

For editing which application are you using?
In case if you are using Photoshop/Photoshop Elements Editor:
1. Click on 'File->open'. Open dialog box will appear.
2. Select multiple files in dialog box.
3. In case the image you selected are RAW files then Adobe camera RAW dialog will appear. Select all images and click on 'open images'.
Now all selected files will be opened in Photoshop/PSE editor.

For opening multiple files from Organizer to Editor:
1. Select multiple files in Organizer
2. In Edit menu, select 'Edit with Photoshop Elements Editor'.
3. In case the image you selected are RAW files then Adobe camera RAW dialog will appear. Select all images and click on 'open images'.
Now all selected files will be opened in Photoshop/PSE editor.

Let me know if you face any queries.

If you're using Photoshop CS5, try this topic:

Let us know if either of these solve your issue.
