cannot find Creative Cloud App

Hello Adobe - I cannot find your app 'Creative Cloud App' on 'mac apps dashboard' or even on filesystem in '/Applications' or '/Users/{{user}}/Applications'I have to everytime install it fromhttps://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloudQ can you help?

after I manually remove all 'Adobe' from '/Applications/tools' then after install start working - but 'CC app' show only after when I move it from their path to parent - also in 'dashboard' still show to me some ballast files like 'helper' and 'logtransport'
